At the heart of The Cupola kitchen is our beautifully crafted oven, producing authentic wood-fired pizza in the Peak District. Every Neapolitan-style pizza begins with a hand-stretched base, San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di latte mozzarella imported from Napoli.
Choose a simple Italian classic, one of our generous signature creations or a crisp, golden calzone, then personalise it with your favourite toppings. Plant-based cheese and gluten-free base options are also available.
