Join us throughout the day for freshly griddled breakfasts, rustic lunches and relaxed evening dining. Our menus include hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas from the wood-fired oven, signature sandwiches, burgers, crispy strips, Cupola classics and a dedicated children’s selection.

Breakfast Menu
Served daily from 9am – 12pm
Start the day with a freshly griddled Cupola breakfast, prepared using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. From our butcher’s smoked bacon and sausages, Derbyshire oatcakes and freshly baked bloomer to pancakes, eggs your way and lighter plates, there is something for every appetite, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
Lunch Menu
Served daily from 12pm – last food orders 3pm
Take a break with a freshly prepared Cupola lunch, from rustic hand-stretched pizzettes baked in our wood-fired oven to generous griddled bloomer sandwiches and signature crispy chicken or cod strips. Try our pizza nachos for something a little different, or add skin-on fries and a fresh side salad, with vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options available throughout the menu.
Evening Menu
Served daily Mon—Sat from 4pm – last food orders 8pm
Settle in for an evening at The Cupola with a menu made for relaxed dining and sharing. Begin with focaccia, olives or a generous sharing platter before choosing from Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, our famous Smash burgers made with our locally sourced beef blend, signature crispy strips and comforting Cupola classics. Finish with warm Bakewell pudding or Peak District Dairy ice cream, with vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options available across the menu.
Pizza Menu
Served daily from 12pm (Takeaway Mon-Thu)
At the heart of The Cupola kitchen is our wood-fired oven, producing authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas with hand-stretched bases, San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di latte mozzarella imported from Napoli. Choose a simple classic, one of our generous signature creations or a crisp, golden calzone, then personalise it with your favourite toppings. Plant-based cheese and gluten-free base options are also available.
Dessert Menu
Served daily from 12pm
Save room for something sweet, from home-baked cakes and traybakes to warm Bakewell pudding and indulgent chocolate or treacle pudding. Enjoy yours with custard, double cream or Peak District Dairy ice cream, or try our Derbyshire oatcake dessert for a distinctly local finish. Ask your server about today’s cake selection.

From freshly made coffees and NOVUS speciality teas to indulgent luxury hot chocolates, our drinks menu has something for every moment of the day. Settle in with a familiar favourite, try a seasonal syrup or choose an oat or soya alternative. At the bar, you will also find a fine selection of beers, ciders, wines and spirits to enjoy with your meal or at your leisure.
Children’s Menu
Daily from 9am
Our children’s menu brings together familiar favourites for younger guests, served from breakfast through to the evening. Start with a Cupola breakfast or Derbyshire oatcake, choose pizza, sandwiches, sausage or griddled chicken at lunchtime, then enjoy burgers and other family favourites on Friday and Saturday evenings. Simple, satisfying dishes make it easy to refuel before—or after—a Peak District adventure.
